HER·ar·chy Definition
HER·ar·chy
/ˈ(h)ər/ˌrärkē/
HER system or organization in which people or groups or things are ranked one above the other according to HER.
HERarchy is the repossession of a woman organizing and ranking things by importance according to HER.
At an early age, women are not given the choice to decide what is important to HER and how she should organize life’s plans according to HER. If we do not achieve a level of status or ranking such as motherhood; we are deemed unimportant, unnatural, unwilling. Women are given a short list of what society expects from us that defines our worth in societies’ standing often without information and only expectation.
Self Advocacy is the verb (action) behind redefining and refining your HERarchy.
